Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules and coordinate staff activities
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of culinary genres and be able to supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
