Director of National Sales

Rogers Communications is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead our national sales team in Montreal. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth in a media or broadcasting organization
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the media and broadcasting industry
