We're building a collaborative money management platform for employer SMBs and their finance function, internal and external. Our goal is to deliver a human-centric customer experience that helps businesses be 'on the money.'

The Role:

  • Led by our experienced team, you will play a pivotal role in developing a net new acquisition sales motion (Direct channel) and drive revenue growth.
  • You'll identify business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and lead a world-class team of Account Executives on our Direct team.
  • Your focus will be on executing our net new acquisition B2B sales motion, improving our sales process, strategy, and playbooks.
  • You'll partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and others.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze data and feedback to refine and optimize approaches for maximum impact.

About You:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience managing and leading a Sales team, preferably within a startup environment.
  • You're results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • You possess a creative and strategic mindset with a knack for identifying and amplifying market opportunities.
  • You're passionate about coaching and people development.
  • You bring operational rigor, always looking for ways to solve technical and process inefficiencies impacting the sales funnel.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or neobank.
  • Experience working with SMBs in North America.

Salary Information: We offer an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience.
