About the Role
  • The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff who prepare and portion food.
  • This includes training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • The successful candidate will also maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for our chef.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  2. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  3. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  4. Address customer complaints or concerns.
  5. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  6. Prepare and submit reports.
  7. Prepare food order summaries for our chef.
  8. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
  9. Establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
