Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Track Operations Supervisor to lead the production team in the Western Region. This role involves overseeing employee performance and safety, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective leadership of unionized staff and improve team and individual performance

• Coordinate and monitor products through the complete production cycle, including planning, scheduling, staffing, producing, handling inventory, loading, shipping, and documenting

• Ensure the production process is cost-effective and shipments are made on time

• Implement standard operating procedures for safe and quality production

About You

• 2+ years of experience in supervising, planning, coordinating, scheduling, and auditing production operations in a unionized environment

• Valid Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) Card, Class 5 Drivers Licence, and First Aid/CPR certification

• Fluently bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and quality
