We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ECS Electrical Cable Supply Ltd.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Document and maintain technical knowledge and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
