Job Opportunity at Total Fire Protection

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a temporary part-time basis, with the possibility of a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send account statements to clients
  • Create and process invoices using company software
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and process payments from customers
Requirements:
  • Multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Organizational skills to maintain and update files and records
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Highly experienced in Windows and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
