About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team at RONA Inc. in Boucherville, Quebec. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely inventory counts, and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of inventory reports, including weekly updates on count progress and inventory accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record in inventory management.
  • Certificate in administration or inventory management.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Access.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required, with Blue Yonder WMS being a strong asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
