Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at RONA Inc. in Boucherville, Quebec.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. This includes organizing inventory counts, investigating discrepancies, and applying proper adjustments. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce shrinkage.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and develop corrective action plans with Operations.
  • Assist in organizing audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Update reports and track inventory accuracy on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure effective inventory management practices.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Certificate in administration or inventory management.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Access.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
