About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Replenisher to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our corporate stores have the necessary inventory to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the supply team to achieve goals for in-stock products, service rate, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
  • Provide exceptional support to corporate stores by responding to procurement-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various business partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to meet objectives
  • Work closely with the procurement, planning, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management
Requirements
  • University degree (or college degree with relevant experience)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong customer satisfaction and results-driven approach
  • Excellent understanding of the procurement process and retail industry
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and drive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of E3 and SIDMA (an asset)
