Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at RONA Inc. in Boucherville, Quebec.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain efficient inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual cycle count plans to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and collaborate with Operations to develop corrective action plans
  • Resolve pending recount investigations and ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Assist in organizing audits and maintaining effective daily processes to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Update reports weekly to track count progress and inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient inventory management processes
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record in inventory management
  • Certificate in administration or inventory management
  • Advanced computer skills, especially with Excel, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Ability to multitask, handle change, and maintain a culture of safety among peers
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
