Job SummaryWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Public Sector team in our Montreal office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support in our fast-paced environment, ensuring that all documents are issued and all data is input in a manner that services our clients and reflects favorably on the company.
Key Responsibilities- Create documents and maintain client files.
- Issue policies, endorsements, and amendments.
- Accurately process invoices, quotes, letters, PDF creation, financing contracts, endorsements, and other documents as needed.
- Issue certificates.
- Send correspondence as required.
- Follow established procedures related to all non-verbal and repetitive administrative and processing tasks.
- Coordinate new and renewal broker licenses for the team.
- Miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance industry.
- College diploma (DEC).
- Knowledge of EPIC, an asset.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
