Program Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administrative Assistant to join our LINC team in Surrey, BC. This part-time position consists of 14.25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client wait lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process student registrations, follow up on missing documentation, and maintain accurate records in iCare.
  • Liaise with LINC instructors and daycare staff to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including preparing student letters, class lists, and attendance sheets.
  • Process client referrals and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to opening and closing procedures, program supply inventories, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary training in Office Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral English language communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, iCare, and other databases.
  • Minimum 50 WPM typing speed.
  • Experience working in funded programs and non-profit organizations is an asset.
  • Second language is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic group environment.
