Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Consultant to join our team in the Ontario territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch sales and service to our clients, promoting our high-performance packaging systems, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sell Signode's products and services through a consultative and solutions-driven approach, focusing on customer needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging all available Signode resources and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Signode's product offerings, applications, and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Develop and present the value proposition of One Signode to customers, highlighting the benefits of our comprehensive packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Regional Sales Management, to drive account management and project success.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives, sharing market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer interactions, utilizing CRM tools and data analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in industrial sales, with a strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude.
  • Ability to travel overnight, up to 65% of the time, within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, PowerBi dashboards, and general Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong technology skills, including social media knowledge, to engage customers and prospects effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
