Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at SOFT-TOUCH TECHNOLOGIES INC. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using technical manuals, guides, and online resources
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions
  • Perform regular system backups and recoveries to ensure data integrity
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience in technical support or a related field (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
