Facilities Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at TKO Oilfield Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power tools, power lawn mowers, small tractors, and snowblowers.
- Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads, perform repetitive tasks, and work in all weather conditions.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Forklift Operator Certification.
