About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at TKO Oilfield Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows and interior walls
  • Perform safety and security checks, and move heavy furniture and equipment as needed
  • Assist with painting and drywall repair, and water and tend to plants and lawns
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and work with minimal supervision
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The work environment is commercial and physically demanding, requiring the ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
