About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at TKO Oilfield Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors and stairs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt from the premises.
  • Empty trash cans and waste containers to maintain a clean and odor-free environment.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to keep our facilities looking their best.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our employees and visitors.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair to keep our facilities in good condition.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral communication skills
