Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Edo Japan.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. If you have a passion for cooking and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high culinary standards.
  • Chef Management: Lead a team of skilled chefs, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food and supply inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a senior culinary role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
