Security Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our command centre, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of security staff, monitoring and operating various systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Orient and train security guards to their roles
* Assist in tracking and deployment of security staff
* Monitor and operate command centre systems, including access control, CCTV, and fire and life safety
* Make emergency announcements and respond to incidents
* Collaborate with the Security Coordinator on special projects
* Assist in training new staff and providing customer service

**Essential Skills:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficient in English (oral and written)
* Valid Ontario Security Guard License

**Requirements:**

* A degree in Police Foundations, Protection Security and Investigations, Criminology, or Border Services (preferred)
* Proof of double Covid Vaccination
* Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB skin tests 1 and 2)
* Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
* Valid G class Driver License
