Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a HOOPP Pension Plan, discounted onsite parking, and various other benefits.

Job Description

We are seeking a temporary full-time Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical coverage to our inpatient medicine unit. As a key member of our team, you will attend multi-disciplinary rounds, oversee therapeutic drug monitoring, provide drug information, and mentor students.

You will work closely with our experienced pharmacy technicians who are responsible for all medication distribution functions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
  • Licensed (Part A) Pharmacist in the Province of Ontario
  • Experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy environment preferred (but not required)
