We are seeking a dedicated and caring Educational Assistant to join our team at E.W. Pratt High School. As an Educational Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers with instructional support and classroom management
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement educational plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with students with diverse needs an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
