About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Assistant to join our team at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools. As an Educational Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to students in a grades K-6 setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment
  • Support students with special needs, including those with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to student success
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role
