Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at SRA Wainwright Restaurants Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

This role involves overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and supervising a small team of 1-2 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure workload is managed effectively.
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
