Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished academic leader to serve as our Senior Academic Administrator. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong vision for academic excellence, a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, and a proven track record of success in driving innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the academic division, ensuring alignment with the university's mission and goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote academic excellence, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, ensuring they are aligned with the university's strategic plan.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff on academic matters, including curriculum development, research, and teaching.
  • Represent the university at national and international levels, promoting its academic reputation and interests.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving innovation and improvement in academic programs and services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
