Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
