At Coast Capital Savings, we're committed to helping our members achieve their financial goals. As a Customer Advice Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to help our members succeed.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service to our members, addressing their financial needs and concerns
  • Promote and sell our products and services, including loans, investments, and deposit accounts
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and referral targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to members


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
