Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team at Godspeed Group.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage (with 55% paid by the employer). As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide post-installation support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Initiate and oversee site surveys to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory delays and optimize logistics.
- Coordinate installation schedules and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Manage collections and ensure timely client payments.
- Monitor site readiness and assist with prerequisites for project success.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
