We are a leading retailer with a rich history of providing exceptional customer service. Our stores offer a wide range of products, including clothing, home goods, and more. As a Seasonal Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an excellent shopping experience.
Job Summary
The Seasonal Stock Associate represents the ideals of service and quality to our customers. This role is responsible for back-of-house operations, but must always be ready to support in-store service and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Unloading and sorting truck merchandise
- Sensor/prepping merchandise for the sales floor
- MERCHANDISING goods onto the sales floor
- Marking down merchandise and processing returns-to-vendor (RTVs)
- Replenishing register supplies
- Making customers feel welcome
- Performing tasks while supporting in-store service experience
- Completing sales transactions on the register to assist customers as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a service/selling industry (an asset)
- A strong ability to dissect, analyze, and solve complex problems in a timely manner
- An elevated level of customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and creative thinking, and a proactive solution-oriented approach
