Job Title: Network Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Performance Specialist to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a key member of our Technology Solutions group, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing network performance and capacity to ensure optimal utilization of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze network performance and capacity to identify trends and potential issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance and capacity
  • Collaborate with network architects and engineers to design and implement network upgrades and improvements
  • Provide expert-level support for complex network-related incidents and issues
  • Develop and maintain detailed growth models for network capacity and performance
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background in network-related IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and LAN/WAN circuits
  • Experience with network sniffers, packet analysis, and capacity planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
