Job Title: Network Analyst-Troubleshooting

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst-Troubleshooting to join our team at BeachHead Inc. This role requires a strong understanding of network performance and capacity planning, as well as excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze network performance and capacity to ensure optimal utilization and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in network usage and make recommendations for upgrades and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with network architects and engineers to plan and implement network upgrades and changes.
  • Work with clients to understand their network needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed growth models for network capacity and performance.
  • Provide consulting on testing new network technologies and develop KPIs, thresholds, and procedures for monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
  • Analyze packet traces to understand application flows and identify issues related to network capacity.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in network support and LAN/WAN.
  • Strong understanding of network firewalls and firewall rules.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of network devices such as CISCO switches and routers.
  • Working knowledge of Wireshark.
  • CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Previous banking experience.
