Responsibilities- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and provide regular financial updates to management.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and prepare and file required tax returns.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
