Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to grow the fundraising program
  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors and corporate sponsors
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement the strategic plan and achieve financial goals
  • Provide leadership and direction to a group of six staff members in the Fund Development Department
About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills
  • You are results-driven and goal-oriented
