**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire our organization, driving strategic growth and excellence.

**Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a seasoned executive with exceptional leadership skills and expertise in organizational development, policy formulation, and resource allocation.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting objectives, establishing policies and programs, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
  • Manage events, conduct performance reviews, and delegate authority to team members.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

**Working Conditions:

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
