Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Macs Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a secure and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
