Sysco Canada recherche un Directeur, Approvisionnement pour rejoindre son équipe de direction. En tant que Directeur, Approvisionnement, vous serez chargé de l’exécution du plan de niveau de service, des stocks et des pertes pour Sysco Canada en vue de fidéliser la clientèle et de faire progresser la part de marché, notamment pour toutes les catégories de produits et tous les créneaux.
Responsabilités- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’approvisionnement alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires généraux de l’entreprise.
- Diriger l’équipe des gestionnaires de l’approvisionnement et de la planification des stocks de Sysco Canada afin qu’elle collabore au mieux avec les opérations, les ventes nationales et locales et le marchandisage en vue de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs en matière de service et de stocks.
- Soutenir la création et la réalisation de la vision du plan d’apprentissage et de développement au niveau du service d’approvisionnement.
- Identifier et atténuer les risques liés à la chaîne d’approvisionnement, provenant notamment des perturbations, des incidents géopolitiques et des problèmes de fiabilité des fournisseurs.
- Appliquer les technologies et l’automatisation en matière d’approvisionnement dans le but d’améliorer l’efficacité, l’analyse de données et la prise de décisions.
- Explorer de nouveaux outils et pratiques d’approvisionnement pour demeurer concurrentiel.
- Surveiller les écarts de prix d’achat (“PPV”) et gérer les stocks de manière stratégique afin d’en maximiser le revenu.
- Effectuer une analyse globale des causes profondes des problématiques liées à l’approvisionnement et mener des actions correctives afin d’obtenir les résultats escomptés pour l’entreprise.
- Soutenir le Vice-président, Approvisionnement dans la communication d’informations pertinentes sur les stocks et le service à l’équipe de direction de Sysco Canada et aux équipes de vente et de marchandisage sur le terrain afin de maximiser la position concurrentielle des stocks et de prévenir les risques liés à la concurrence.
- Se conformer à la politique et aux procédures de Sysco en matière de sécurité alimentaire afin de garantir le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité alimentaire, de qualité et de légalité.
- Favoriser, défendre et adhérer à une culture d’inclusion.
- Minimum cinq (5) ans d’expérience en gestion dans le commerce de détail ou les services alimentaires.
- Expérience requise en matière de planification de la demande, de réapprovisionnement et de gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement entrante.
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe ou pertinent.
- Certification officielle dans le domaine des achats, de préférence.
- Expérience des logiciels d’approvisionnement, des outils d’analyse des données, des systèmes de planification de la demande et de gestion des stocks.
- Compétence intermédiaire en Microsoft Office, y compris ses diverses applications.
- Connaissance d’AS400, de DPR et de Tableau, un atout.
