Job Title: Director of Internal Sales

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and train a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support to maximize performance.
  • Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes, leveraging technology and CRM tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to management, proposing corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Bilingualism is required, as you'll manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
