  • You will provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards.
  • You will develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and User Interface (UI) policies within the ServiceNow platform to achieve optimal functionality and performance.
  • You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • You will configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow Platform (i.e., Workflows, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.) and conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and integrity of implemented solutions.
  • You will identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including delivery failures, configuration problems, and performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to address and resolve these issues promptly.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine and improve existing processes.
  • You will provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • You will create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

What skills do you need to succeed in this role?

  • You must possess excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills.
  • You must demonstrate excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • You must have at least 5+ years of hands-on technical working and/or consultancy experience with support of extending ServiceNow application functionalities.
  • You must have completed a post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a related Technology stream.
  • You must have completed the ServiceNow Developer Certification, ServiceNow Administrator Certification, or ServiceNow Architect Certification.
