Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Halton Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the nutritional needs of patients and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in clinical nutrition and implement best practices in our facility
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on nutrition-related topics
Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nutrition with completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
