Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Impressive Floors. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, establishing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Educate and promote customers about Impressive Floors Products and Services.
  2. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers.
  3. Converting sales leads to complete sales transactions.
  4. Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
  6. Achieve individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  8. Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Inform existing and potential customers about special offers.
  10. Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  11. Manage and post on social media platforms to generate leads and interest in customers. Be able to use and navigate Facebook marketplace, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok and any other social media platform promoting sales.
  12. Develop new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact.
  13. Devote time in understanding competitor market trend and product price variance, provide analysis report to management for any changes as recommended.
  14. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the customers by using the right methods/tools.
  15. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  16. Ensuring the requirements of each project are successfully executed by the installation team.
  17. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  18. Clean and Organize store. Lift heavy boxes to ensure proper organization of the store.
  19. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of sales experience within the flooring industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment.
  • A willingness to grow and advance career in sales.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and store representatives.
  • The ability to genuinely listen to customers, formulating a personalized response to their needs.
  • The curiosity to understand how things work with the intention of improving service.
  • Recognize the importance of excellent professional communication in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work in a diverse culture.
  • A knack for problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to Comfortably navigate hurdles using critical thinking and good judgement.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year based on location and performance.

Work Location

This role is based on the road, requiring frequent travel to meet with customers and prospects.
