About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Specialist to join our team at ECCO Supply™. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders and quotes accurately, maintaining up-to-date sales databases
- Inform customers about product features to drive sales and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to pursue sales leads and provide assistance where needed
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and area, while participating in personal development opportunities and industry training
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Higher education – a plus
- Prior experience in Order Desk or Sales – advantageous
- Background in HVAC, manufacturing, or related fields – beneficial
- An aspiration for long-term commitment and company growth
- Proficient computer skills for efficient data entry and order processing
- Flexibility in handling different personalities
- Outstanding communication, energy, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to undergo additional training as required by management
