Job Title: Senior HR Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Representative to join our team at Vishay Sprague, Inc. in Ontario, California.

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Representative will be responsible for providing HR generalist support to the site, including recruitment, staffing, and onboarding of candidates and new hires. This role will also involve benefit administration, headcount reporting, time and attendance management, and maintaining data integrity in the HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and staffing of candidates and new hires
  • Benefit administration, including orientation, open enrollment, and communication
  • Headcount reporting for local site and division
  • Maintenance of time and attendance system for non-exempt employees
  • Reporting attendance for exempt employees for payroll processing
  • Maintenance of data integrity in HRIS system through auditing and timely data entry accuracy
  • Participation in planning, coordinating, and implementing HR projects and processes
  • Administration of performance management, LOA, worker's compensation, and merit increase processes
  • Documentation, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Handling employee relations issues
  • Event planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Three years of related experience in Human Resources
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills strongly preferred
  • Positive attitude and team player
