We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team at AM013 Vishay Sprague, Inc.

Vishay manufactures one of the world's largest portfolios of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components that are essential to innovative designs in various markets.

As a Senior HR Representative, you will be responsible for HR generalist activities, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS, employee relations, health and safety, and HR office duties.

You will work closely with company management to handle personnel policy implementation and employee issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and staffing of candidates and new hires
  • Benefit administration, including orientation and open enrollment
  • Headcount reporting for local sites and divisions
  • Maintenance of time and attendance systems for non-exempt employees
  • Reporting attendance for exempt employees for payroll processing
  • Maintenance of data integrity in the HRIS system
  • Participation in planning, coordinating, and implementing HR projects and processes
  • Administration of performance management, LOA, worker's compensation, and merit increase processes
  • Documentation and monitoring of compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Handling employee relations issues
  • Event planning

Requirements:

  • BS or AA degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • 3 years of related experience in Human Resources
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience working with HRIS systems is beneficial
  • Bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred
  • A positive attitude and team player
