SAP Business Process Owner - Manufacturing Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner - Manufacturing Lead to join our team at the Saint-Gobain Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP business processes across various functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the business needs and lead the functional tower with an IT resource.
  • Define business requirements for SAP design to streamline business processes, focusing on client-centric and end-user driven solutions.
  • Collaborate across all functions and sites to ensure alignment on any design decisions or business process changes required.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business processes and strategy through strong collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Make informed decisions on business processes, consulting with subject matter experts as needed.
  • Identify key enhancements and ensure best practices are well adopted.
  • Collaborate with other streams to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
  • Participate and/or lead in design sessions, demos, prototype sessions, testing, and training workshops with business users.
Requirements

As a SAP Business Process Owner - Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for:
