About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner - Manufacturing to join our team at Saint-Gobain Cristaleria, SL. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP business processes across various functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design and Implementation: Define business requirements for SAP design to streamline business processes, focusing on client-centric and end-user driven solutions.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate across all functions and sites to ensure alignment on any design decisions or business process changes required: Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Pricing, Finance, and Master Data functions.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams. Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Implementation and Testing: Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. Coordinate the testing and business simulation for the processes they own.
  • User Succession and Training: Ensure the succession of Super Users within the production and planning functional area. Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use SAP solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP, preferably with a focus on the functional tower field of expertise.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into process models. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
