SAP Business Process Owner

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner-Procurement to join our team at Saint-Gobain Cristaleria, SL. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP business processes across various functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process Design and Implementation: Define business requirements for SAP design to streamline business processes, focusing on client-centric and end-user driven solutions.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate across all functions and sites to ensure alignment on any design decisions or business process changes required: Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Pricing, Finance, and Master Data functions.
- Culture and Innovation: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Team Guidance and Direction: Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- SAP Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Business Process Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Saint-Gobain business processes and strategy through strong collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders.
- Decision Making: Responsible for decisions on business processes (with approval from the executive layer, if required) by consulting with subject matter experts.
- Process Enhancement and Best Practices: Identify key enhancements and ensure best practices are well adopted.
- End-to-End Process Integration: Collaborate with other streams to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
- Design Sessions and Workshops: Participate and/or lead in design sessions, demos, prototype sessions, testing, and training workshops with business users.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP, preferably with a focus on the functional tower field of expertise.
- Collaboration and Communication: Embodies Saint-Gobain's TEC culture of Trust, Empowerment & Collaboration and proven ability to collaborate across different functional areas.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Business Requirements Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into process models.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Transformational Project Experience: Experience implementing transformational projects is preferred.
- Impact Assessment: Demonstrated ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing solution.
