Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our grounds, including planting, construction, and staff supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planting and Maintenance:
    • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to ensure high-quality results
    • Plan and execute grounds maintenance tasks, including pruning, mowing, and edging
  • Construction and Supervision:
    • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features
    • Supervise staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Problem Solving and Communication:
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations
