Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Hexagon Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials, to create high-quality structures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems, ensuring stability and safety.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, paying attention to detail and quality.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as saws, drills, and lifts, safely and efficiently.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or experience is an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in the field is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Work Setting: The successful candidate will work in various locations, including construction sites, and will be required to travel to different job sites.
- Transportation: The candidate must have their own reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will be reliable, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
