Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Align sales efforts with the firm's goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Lead the Sales Team
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing training and support
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
- Business Development and Client Relationships
- Responsible for business development, sourcing new leads, and onboarding B2B customer relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored legal solutions
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, legal, and finance
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment
