Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Align sales efforts with the firm's goals and objectives
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Lead the Sales Team
    • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing training and support
    • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Business Development and Client Relationships
    • Responsible for business development, sourcing new leads, and onboarding B2B customer relationships
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored legal solutions
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, legal, and finance
    • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations
    • Analyze sales data to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment
