About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Holder to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for sales floor operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to improve sales results.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
